My experience with heritage ford was definitely great. It was my first time purchasing a truck new! I discovered Anthony C one of the salesmen at Ford Heritage. He walked myself and my family through their lot, gave a great friendly detailed walk through of the options we had and what would fit best for our needs. Furthermore, Anthony showed us the benefits of leasing a new truck versus purchasing a pre owned and never has anyone tried to help us save money and not have to worry about maintenance on a older vehicle but only up charge us on packages we don’t need! The process from start to finish was flawless, I informed Anthony, we had an old truck to trade in, and they accepted it immediately without hesitation. We came out with a beautiful blue F150 XLT. We couldn’t be happier with it! The warranty and customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Anthony C as he gave us a great experience versus other dealerships, it definitely felt like we were talking to a friend and we will definitely come back right after our lease is up!

Heritage Ford gave me cheerful and good service. The service was done quickly. Thank you to the person in charge of service.It was Tuesday October 31. 2013 Black Ford Escape. My rear windshield wiper was broken. It was installed. Don who put the wiper on told me that it needed a cap. I bought the parts from Heritage Ford. I should have been told that there was a cap. I got the wiper arm and blade. Please tell parts to ask if the cap is needed. If the wiper blade was gone - then the cap would be too.Likely it would be needed. As an owner I would not know thatthe cap was needed. I am mentioning this to improve thegood service. There are also different wiper arms. Don knew the cap was needed. He ordered it and it came in next day.It was installed. All good.I did get excellent cheerful service. Lady at the desk was nice.JoyThank you to all.
