Picked up our factory ordered S650 Mustang last week. The salesperson Antonio has made it a very pleasant experience for us ever since he first picked up the phone on our inquiries about the car. He was genuinely helpful and patient with us throughout the process. The service provided by him is top notch even after we picked up the car.I would definitely recommend Antonio Carravetta as a genuine salesperson is difficult to come by. The staff and service were absolutely amazing. They were kind, considerate, informative and really seemed to care. The level of honesty and service i was given is so rare to find today.

Work was done thoroughly and properly. Staff was very attentive.The shuttle pick up service should be much better.The driver doesn't take cell numbers of the customer, so if there's an issue they just return to the base without any communication.In general communication should be improved as well. I've left messages that aren't returned till the next day; and getting status updates is often difficult.

I bought a Ford Escape from Heritage Ford. The first time I called I was connected to Antonio. He was good and had a nice attitude. Kept in touch updating me every stage of the acquisition process until I got it. Even after I acquired it he remained nice answering every question I had. Overall the people I interacted with at this dealership were nice to me. That’s my opinion you are free to do your own due diligence.
